What happens if I have insufficient money in my Mari Savings Account and/or Pay with Mari Invest SavePlus for my plans?

1. Pre-Debit Reminder

To help you avoid missed debits, we will send you a notification 1 day before your scheduled debit day/date so you can top up your Mari Savings Account in time.

2. If Funds are Insufficient

On your scheduled debit day/date, we will check your Mari Savings Account balance to process your Auto Invest order. Your Mari Invest SavePlus holdings may be automatically sold to cover any shortfall if Pay with Mari Invest SavePlus is enabled.

If your Total Available Balance is insufficient, we will not be able to process your Auto Invest Order. Your Auto Invest plan will remain active, and we will try again on your next scheduled debit day/date. Please ensure that you have sufficient money in your Mari Savings Account or Total Available Balance before then.

3. Failure Notifications & Viewing Failure Details

- Via Push Notification: Tap the failure notification to go directly to your plan details and next steps.

- In App: Go to Mari Invest > Auto Invest on your MariBank app to see which plan failed and why.

4. You can still place a single buy order at any time once you have topped up your account.
