Your Auto Invest order may fail due to one or more of the following reasons:
1. Your Mari Savings Account had insufficient balance. If you also have Pay with Mari Invest SavePlus enabled, there could be other reasons for the failure too, read more here.
2. Your Customer Knowledge Assessment (CKA) has expired for your Auto Invest plan for Mari Invest Income. You can retake the CKA in the MariBank app to continue with Mari Invest Income buy orders.

3. Temporary system issues and other restrictions.

How to view failure details in the app:
1. Log in to your MariBank app and go to Mari Invest.
2. Tap Auto Invest (located below Total Market Value).
3. On the Auto Invest Plans page, check for orders labelled as Failed.
4. Tap on the order to view the recommended next steps.
What happens next:
Your Auto Invest plan will remain active and resume on your next scheduled debit day/date. In the meantime, you can still place a single buy order at any time. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your Mari Savings Account before your next debit day/date.
